I still think of Ed often. He was a talented engineer and photographer. I especially miss hearing him play guitar. Ed was a class act.

I recall Ed from his days at Hankins and Anderson, back in the early 80s, and then his progression at the City of Richmond, He was certainly an enthusiastic defender of electrical systems, knowledgeable in his field, and a fair minded reviewer. He will surely be missed. My best wishes to his family and friends

Ann and Paul,
I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved husband and father. Ed was a dear and kind friend to my mother the last few years of her life. I will always cherish the wonderful photos that Ed took of my mother and her gardens. My heart goes out to your family.

I was so sorry to hear of Ed,s passing. My heart goes out to his family. Ed and I talked a lot about guitar and music, and I was treated one night during his sickness when he came out to my garage band with that old martin guitar of his, and played along. There he was on oxygen and playing his heart out. I will miss you Ed
