Not sure what to say?

Ed was instrumental in guiding my career during my early years at Reliance Electric. He helped to bridge relationships throughout the organization that allowed me to become a plant manager at age 27. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Ed. Love and blessings to his family.

He was such a great leader and person. I have fond memories of him when I worked at Reliance and Rockwell Automation

Our lives become smaller when good people are no longer in it. That was certainly the case when we lost Ed. A chance encounter in Florida with the Towns led to a wonderful, long-distance friendship. Martha and Ed visited our farm on numerous occasions, and we have such great memories of those times. Our sympathies are with Martha as well as Ed and Martha's family. Ed will be deeply missed. Thank heavens for memories! Pat and Jim Kiser, Woodstock, Virginia

what a wonderful man. I always enjoyed is wit and good humor. may behave a great reward. he was blessed with his wife Martha.

Jockey? Really? Love hearing his horsing around. Would love to have a picture of him in silks!

Edward did indeed have a wry sense of humor. From his license plate to his phone messages, he never failed to make me laugh. That's how I would want to be remembered. Rest in peace, Brother Towns

I met Ed 50 years ago at our alma mater Westminster College. Since then, he´s been a mentor and a friend, and was a patriarch of our close-knit work family. I´m so saddened by his passing and will always be grateful for his support and friendship. Sending loving thoughts to Martha and family.

We lost a giant! Ed was a true gentleman with grace and style... He was a role model to all of us! My deepest sympathy to our beloved Martha and the children. Regards and respect Joe Garry.

I have know Ed since our days together in Chagrin Falls. I have enjoyed Ed and Martha's company over the years as we moved to different suburbs. Ed was simply "a good guy" and one to count on for a good joke or interesting conversation.
