I served on a prayer committee with him at RUMC for a few years. When I had an operation, he was there to cheer me on and to pray with me before and after surgery.....I will miss his compassion, his spirit and his wonderful sense of humor.

I remember sitting by Ed and Bernie the first time I visited RUMC. I also had the pleasure of serving with Ed and the RUMC Good Samaritans for eleven years. He was the most compassionate man and will be greatly missed. Love and prayers for Bernie, the daughters and the granddaughter Ed thought so much of.
