Not sure what to say?

Dear Elvina and family,
We are very sorry for your loss. We so enjoyed visiting with you and Ed as we walked our beloved Peppy past your house. I'm sure they will see each other in Heaven.
Sincerely, Phil & Gerry Santoro
(old neighbors)

Elvina,
We were so sorry to hear of Ed's passing and send our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We were looking forward to seeing both of you in the upcoming weeks and enjoing some good 40's music and card games. We will remember all the good times with "Mr. Ed" everytime we play a game of Skipo and Hand and Foot. He was our rules authority. He will be missed by all fo us.

Elvina I am sorry for your lost. Ed was a great human being. I remember all the parties and of course Boyds all of us together.

Elvina, Iam sorry to read of Ed'S passing away. He helped me grow up in Wet Starch in my years at Argo. A great man, hard worker and a great sense of humor.

Ed, We appreciate your service and sacrifice during WWII and we recognize that the freedoms we enjoy today are thanks to the sacrifices you and all of our soldiers and veterans have made. Ed, you will be missed but never forgotten. From all of us at Honor Flight Chicago, we salute you!
Mary Pettinato, President

Elvina, I'm so very sorry I am unable to get back to Illinois for Ed's funeral. We worked together for over 35 years so I have many good warm memories of our times together. Our golfing and dinner outings will always be special to me. We sure had a great Wet-Starch gang. I'm going to miss him.
