Not sure what to say?

It was 30 years ago that Eddie was my age now that I met him. We had a great summer thot first time flying. We had many more after that.

Hello, I just found out. I was touched with Eddie's enthusiasm and joy for life, aviation, and love for people. Eddie and I shared flying on many occasions beginning with WWII planes. I would eventually have the privilige of flying with Eddie, on memorable flights throughout my continuing career. I was able to give back to this wonderful Man when he was able to fly with us in our USAF aircraft. The T-38 and the F-15. My condolences to Eddie's Dear Family. May you all bring his zeal for life...

My wife and I were hosting lunch for the Colorado 500 and Eddie "buzzed" our cabin in his jet at tree top level. It was one of the most spectacular things I have ever seen and was certainly a treat for the hundred or so motorcycle riders that were there. To a GREAT guy, thanks Eddie! Steve and Lyndi Widener

Sherry, I am so happy that I got to see Eddie last year when I went to my high school reunion. He didn't recognize me at first, but we did get a chance to remember a lot of things that we did together. I told him how important he was in my life. I also told him how I regretted my behavior at Chuck's wedding. My apologies to you as well. I hope that you are well. If you are so inclined, please feel free to contact me. I would love to talk to you. Steve Matson

So greatful to Eddie for his unwaivering support for the Aviation Safety Institute. (At the ASI board meeting on 1/20/2016)

I had the pleasure of flying for and with Eddy in the past. It was always fun and business. I will miss the smiles
