Mr. Wieczorkowski is survived by his Wife of 43 years, Anne Wieczorkowski of Garden City ; his Son, Kris (& Alison) Wieczorkowski of Greensboro, NC ; His four Grandchildren, Xavier, Zoe, Maddox, & Oliver ; & His Sister, Anne Constantine of Tuckerton, NJ Services will be announced at a later date, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that Memorial Contributions be made to: St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept.
