I just found out that Eddie has passed. What a man, so full of life and joy. Eddie was extremely helpful to our community after Hurricane Irma. RIP my friend.

Please know that my mother sharyn and myself are shocked and overcome with grief at the loss of our family member who will be greatly missed.eddy was always there for us whenever we called and we are grateful to have been able to share alot of memories together over dinners and lunches together.our last lunch was just 2 weeks before his passing.we are so grateful to have had that time with him..sorry to all the rest of the family from mom and all of us in the higginbotham family.everyone new...

A great guy and friend, he will be truly missed...RIP Eddie...

Eddie was a true heart and we miss him :( love and hugs sent to Roger and we will await updates for the Celebration of Eddie in Florida in the future.

I am truly heartbroken! Eddie was an awesome friend I loved like a brother!! John and I will miss him! He always welcomed all of my children and their families with dinner at Eddie and Roger´s whenever they came to visit! We will all remember his kindness and humor!!! He was always there for me even when I wasn´t. Rest well my friend I´ll see you soon! Love Donna and John

I like to say that he had a Spirit like no other. When he walked in a room you knew Eddie was there always make you laugh or tell a joke or two. Thank God you played a part in my life.

So sad to hear that Eddie passed away. We always enjoyed his energetic personality whenever we saw him at my cousin June´s parties. God rest his soul.
