Visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 28, 2001, 3-9 p.m., at Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd., 5088 South Archer Avenue (corner of Keeler), Chicago. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 8:45 a.m., at the funeral home. Mass will be offered on Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., at the Church of St. Richard. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd., Chicago, Illinois.
