Not sure what to say?

I just learned today of Ed's passing from the Ohio Tennis Coaches Newsletter. I was fortunate to meet Ed when I was a young tennis coach in 1986. Over the years Ed and I became good coaching friends- from his days at Midpark to St. Ignatius- it was always worth the trip up 77 to play Ed's team and to get to talk with Ed during the matches. Ed also did the Tennis Rules Meetings and he and I teamed together for over 25 years at McKinley High School for those meetings- and it never failed that...

May he rest in peace....

My interactions with Ed were through high school tennis. He was a dedicated man that impacted the lives of so many student athletes and taught them tennis and life!

My sister and I were both on the Midpark Tennis team in the early 1980s. We both always appreciated Coach Wolff's coaching and sense of humor but, now, as we now have had children pass through high school sports, we more fully understand and appreciate what a great influence he was to a bunch of kids that would never be playing on center court at Wimbledon, but would take the lessons from the court of Midpark High into the world. Even thirty plus years later, references to "Coach Wolff" come...

My deepest sympathies, Mr Wolff was my teacher at Byzantine Catholic High class of '67. Most recently we met back up were able to talk every Friday at TAl's. I am so appreciative we were able to renew our friendship again after all these years. He was a Great Man and Great Friend he will be sorely missed!!

Sharon, I am so sorry for your loss.A parent is a source of love and strength. He will be greatly missed. But he will live on both in your heart and your memories.

I am praying for you all. He had the best smile. He will be missed by so many. God bless you all.

My prayers and condolences. Mr. Wolff was my freshmen football coach and math teacher at Byzantine H.S.

I was lucky enough to be a freshman at St. Ignatius when Coach Wolff began coaching tennis there in the spring of 1996. We had four great years together -- he was a wonderful coach and great role model. He'll be missed.
