I remember Eddie and also his brother Kenny from school...Eddie was such fun and such a really nice guy...much nicer than his brother. Sad about his passing. May he rest in peace.

It was our good fortune to move next door to Ed and Jill in 1998. Kermit and Ed shared an enthusiasm for college sports and the occasional wager on football games. We remember a time when a neighbor had injured his hand and couldn't carry a pile of rocks from their driveway to the back yard – there was Ed to lend his hand. He was generous and gentle of spirit with a wry sense of humor and we miss him.

I was so sorry to hear about Eddie. I grew up with him in the Westover area of Alexandria, Va and always considered him a good friend.

Just heard this very sad news. Have not seen Eddie for 50+ years but still have good memories of this old school friend. So sorry to hear of his passing. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Our family will always remember Ed's generous and kind spirit. Many good times with the boys watching soccer, playing "eye ball" and sharing meals. Thank you Ed for being so good to my son. May you have the peace and happiness you deserve.
