Not sure what to say?

To the family of Edwin Bohn. I just now learned of Ed's passing. I was a high school classmate of Ed's and we had been touch over the last few years via email and phone. We last spoke of the Grove City reunion and I was trying to get him to come to one of our Florida mini-reunions. My deepest sympathy to you all.

My sincere prayers go out to EddyB's family. I learned so much about hockey from his posts. His writing style was so enjoyable to read. Being a man of few words you had a sense of the person behind those sentences and an indication of the intelligence he never he subtuly emitted. I hope he is playing hockey now! michele

As another LA Times Crossword Corner Blogger, I would like to add my condolences. EddyB always had something to say that made me chuckle...no, more like chortle. I felt his pain when the Sharks were losing and even found myself checking the Mercury sport page for racing results. I'm only sorry I didn't get to meet him "in person" with fellow puzzlers, Leah and Judy.
Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies to the family of EddyB. Got to know him from his activity and participation in the L.A.Times Crossword Corner blog. Swell guy, from another native Pennsylvanian.

My deepest sympathies to the family of EddyB, a man I got to know on the L.A.Times Crossword Corner. It was always fun reading Eddy's comments on the puzzles, and much more in our daily lives.

My sincere condolences to you and your family. I "met" Eddie on C.C.'s Crossword Blog. We then were able to connect in person and enjoyed lively conversation and exchanging books and videos which interested us both.

We will miss having Eddie's daily comments on the blog and he will be missed by everyone on the blog.
