Dr. Edwin CLIBURN

I just learned about the passing of Dr. Ed Cliburn. My deepest sympathy to his whole family. My father and he went to Mercer together many years ago. Next to my father (Paul Moody), who was waiting at Heaven's gate to greet him, Dr. Cliburn was such a Godly man. Condolences from my mother (Virginia Moody) and me. August 15, 2014

I didn't know Dr.Cliburn, but I know his sister Helen, and she is a great lady.

Clyde, very sorry to hear of your loss, to you and your family my thoughts are with you.

Dr. Cliburn was a true friend and mentor. What a difference he made in the lives of so many! He had a great sense of humor, was kind and loyal, extremely intelligent, and so caring. We will never forget our beloved Dr. Cliburn. For Dot, Wayne, Ellen, Susan and all the family: We pray for God's comfort and peace.

We will truly miss Dr. Cliburn. What a legacy he leaves. He was very dear to our family and played a major part of the establishment of our call to the ministry. God bless the family. You are in our prayers.
