Not sure what to say?

Ed was a special and loyal friend. I have so many fond memories of our times together.

I continue to remember Ed and the good times we shared.

I continue to remember Ed as being a dear friend over many years.

I was only in Ft. Worth for a couple of years, but one of the first persons I met was Ed Curry at the First Methodist Church. We have traded Christmas Cards for years. Ed will be missed because, as I told one of his family, he was one of the good guys.

My mother, Betty McCrary was a good friend of Ed's in recent years. They went to church together and enjoyed other activities. She admired his art work and enjoyed his company. She is now in a nursing home but was saddened to hear of Ed's death. Our prayers are with the family at this sad time.
Carol Williams, daughter to Betty McCrary

Ed and I began teaching at the new Monnig Junior High School in 1952.Then we taught at Western Hills High School.
We were close friends for many years.
Years ago I encouraged him to start
traveling. Evidently he took my advice.
Ed was a wonderful Christian.

I have been Ed's next door neighbor for the past 15 years. We spent many hours talking over the fence about his life, his family and his travels. When I cooked I brought over a plate for him. He brought me food from his garden. When I went through my divorce he suggested the 'Divorce Recovery' class at FUMC. After attending the class, I began to attend the 11:11 service regulary and made many new friends in the singles group. His gentle guidance enriched every aspect of my life. I beleive he...

Ed was my mentor teacher when I was a student teacher intern finishing my BFA at TCU in 1968. I was very green and Mr. Curry was very patient. I have since spent many years as an art specialist and have enjoyed every minute.
Thank you, Ed.

My deepest sympathies go out to Mr. Curry's family. God bless you.
