Not sure what to say?

Gale:

I just heard about Ed today. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Ed was a great friend and I am so thankful for all the things he did to help me get where I am today. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts. I would stop by the office to chat and I have been so busy the time just slipped by me. I now need to remember the dear friends I have made over the years and make sure I have to visit them more often. My thoughts are with you. God bless.

Gale, Patrick, and Kristen,

We were so shocked and sad for you when we heard about Ed. We have been thinking about you alot in the last week or so. We hope that you guys are doing okay and we hope that we will see you this winter either around Richmond or at Wintergreen.
Warmly, Cheryl, Randy, Molly & Colleen Trott

Gale,
It is a gift to read these emails and to share in the personal expressions of people who knew and cared about Ed, too. As you know, I knew Ed through the Shady Grove YMCA and Innsbrook Rotary. I remember the day you and Ed, Dan Van Epp and Journey and I stood in front of the "Future YMCA site" sign and it was just woods. He loved his family and community and I feel fortunate to have worked with him on these community projects and to have known him.

Blessings,

To Gale and family,
Eddie's time here was too short as evidenced by all the good wishes and genuine sentiments from people in business and personal life. I remember how he had come to embody the great attributes of his Grandfather Edwin "Bucky" Dee. Both were larger than life and left the people they touched in life, all the greater for the encounter.
May the great and happy times you shared give you comfort in your time of grief and warm your heart.
Love,
dee fair-barrett
