I worked with Ed in the NY State Division of Parole. Ed was an outstanding parole officer and very much liked by his fellow parole staff. I extend my deepest sympathies to his family. God rest your soul, Ed.

Ed´s support was critical to the success of major and minor projects while he made sure others received credit. The labor movement is stronger for all he gave.thank you & Rest in peace

Ed Donnelly playeda major role in the enactment of the NYS COBRA Subsidy for the Entertainment Unions, a critical piece during the industry shut down during COVID.

I remember Ed well as a young Parole Officer in NYC, but he really came into his own as a union representative for Parole Officers and other professional employees of NYS. Many of us collecting NYS pensions have Ed and his fellow labor activists to thank for our good fortune. My condolences to Ed´s family.
