Edwin Laverne Epp

I read with extreme sadness the passing of Edwin Epp. One of the best, if not the best, friend that I had in law school was Ed. We spent many hours discussing the rule of law in constitutional law, torts, etc. cases. He was the consumate gentleman and scholar. After law school we stayed in touch for several years, then drifted away with family, careers, etc. took our time. We both share Emerson insightful comments.
