Not sure what to say?

Dr. Ford was the brightest, certainly most engaging, and interesting physician I have interacted with in my (now) 71 years. I saw Dr Ford at his Newport Beach office for about 8 years. He was always researching. He was light years ahead of standard medical establishment. He was most effective if you were mentally equipped to understand, and trust, his seemingly unconventional treatment plans. I was always onboard. He shared valuable advice regarding so many things. He clearly was interested...

I had a Nurse Midwife for 2 home births of 2 of my son's before I learned Dr. Ford did home birthing, but he did circumcise one of my son's and I went to him. He said he was doing a study on redheads so every time I saw him, he would ask me if he could ask me 10-20 questions for his research as I am a redhead. He was a fascinating conversationalist and so enjoyable as a person and a physician. I wondered, "Did he ever finish his redhead study?" I would love to know that and thought I would...

Dr. Ford delivered out first baby in 1976. We was a wonderful man!

Dr. Ford delivered me in 1979 at home and was my family's doctor as well. He also let my dad 'catch' me as I was delivered, which was a story that my parents enjoyed telling. As a kid, I remember always looking forward to when we would need to visit him. I am happy to hear he lived such a full life with a lot of loving family. My condolences to all of them, but what a legacy he has left behind.

Dr Ford was our family doctor and friend. He delivered our youngest daughter in our home. He was intending to deliver our son but missed his birth because he was out of town. He provided loving care for our family and is still remembered by our children because he took a special interest in each of them. We considered him as family, our youngest daughter whom he delivered, is now a BSRN/ practitioner/ midwife, he served as her pediatrician for a time and would meet us in the parking lot...

Eddie and his family were especially gracious and inspirational to me when I was in High School in Ontario, and after graduating from La Sierra College, which was also his Alma Mater. I remember a road trip we took to Mexico City in 1955. There were many Sabbath lunches and excursions he provided.

My deepest condolences to Edwin's family and friends for your loss. May God bring you comfort in your time of grief. (2 Thessalonians 2: 16)

Eddie and I were good friends for 46 years. He was my doctor and friend from the time I was 27 years old. I am 72 now. Eddie was one of the most selfless and humble men I have ever known. Some would call him eccentric, and so he was, but in a delightful and endearing way.

We spent much time together. I will miss him a lot. But I know I will see him in heaven. He loved God his entire life life.
