Not sure what to say?

Dear Allison, Katie and the Hall family:

I am so sorry to hear of Eddie's passing. I was Eddie's German TA at Penn State, and we stayed in touch for a few years after graduation. I recently came across some photos of him and thought I would see if I could find him again. I was heartbroken to find this article.

Although we hadn't spoken for several years, I remember Eddie as always having a smile on his face and being such a genuinely nice guy. He remains in my best...

Dear sweet Eddie, Ilove you and miss you. I remember as a small child, waiting at the farm with all my family waiting for the call from uncle Rob that you were born ,I was glued to the phone. the first one to pick up the phone and uncle Rob said we hane a boy . I was so happy you would have thought you were my baby brother. I think of you every day allways and forever till we meet again your cousin joanie

Dear Hall Family,
Eddie has been on my mind since I received the news of his passing. He was one of my very first friends in Orono and I have so many wonderful memories. I cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. I feel incredibly fortunate to have known him.

I am really, really sorry to hear about Eddie. Although I haven't been in touch with Eddie since high school, he is in every memory of Orono that I have--because he was a great and loyal friend, and he was just so fun to be around. My heart goes out to his family.

Dear Hall family: My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Eddie was a wonderful friend and I will always cherish my memories of him. Love to you all.

Dear Eddie,
The hurt is so intense. I can't imagine how and when it will ever ease.
You made everyone feel special and always reminded us of our value and worth. I hope we did that enough for you because you definately were "one -in- a- million".
I will continue to brag about you, as always, as if you were my own, for the rest of my life.
I love you and will forever,
Laurie

Allison, Katie, Mary, Bob, Robert, Laurie, Sarah, Eric, Bill, Ellen and all of Eddie's extended family - I had hoped to be able to sign this without tears, but that isn't possible. I feel so blessed that I got to share so many wonderful moments with Eddie, I will always cherish the memory of our time on the Green Monster watching the Red Sox play the Yankees!! I will hold him close to my heart as well as all of you, forever!!!

Dear Hall Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I can only reafirm what others have said and that he was truly a great guy. It was a treat to know him throughout the years of school in Orono. He provided an excellent example in how he treated others.

Eddie,
You are loved and missed so much.
