I met Mr. Hebb in May of 1999 when I was hired to provide computer support at his law firm in Hartford. Shortly thereafter the firm was acquired by Bingham Dana but for the short time I worked with him, I knew him to be a kind and caring person. I helped him with a few personal IT issues in the ensuing year.
