I just heard about this today. Ed was our Optimist League coach at Henry and Ola playground. When he transferred to Legion playground our whole team went with him and played for several years. He was also our American legion Post team coach over 50 years ago. Ed you will be missed.

The City of Tampa has lost a founder and a true hero to families.I'm privileged to have eleven years of my childhood full of memories with your family. You were always so warm and inviting Toni, I'm sorry for your loss.I've missed your family over the years and think of those days with such fondness.May God's presence fill the gap of silence his loss brings and memories bring laughter of cherished moments together. You were a great family to grow up with as neighbors,as family. God bless you.

To the entire Radice Family, my prayers and thoughts are with you. I am honored to have known and worked with such a caring and noble man. He not only supported and cared for the Park's Dept., he assisted Aging Services in meeting the needs of the County's seniors. He will be missed!
