Dear Anne...I was just starring at Ed's painting that he gave my sister and me of our sewing machine back when we shared creative vibes at The Mill. He was so sweet saying Hi and showing his latest painting when we would walk by his studio to start work in ours. His colorful and often whimsical work was a joy to pass by every morning. I am so sorry to hear this. Ed was here at the Shady Lea Mill for several years. His paintings were bright and amazing. My brother and I bought one he painted of the Mill for my Dad. He was always so kind and gentle. RIP, Ed.
