Uncle Ray was funny, kind, loving & a great example of Christian man. He will be missed. My thoughts & prayers are with you Aunt Alice, Edwin, Marsha & Nancy. I am with you in spirit.

Uncle Ray was The best. I won't ever forget some of the conversations that he and my dad had over the years or the Saturday nights we often spent at mamaws on that screened in front porch as kids in West Monroe. A pretty good golfer as I remember. He was a grand man. Love to you all

My family lived across the street from the Sherrards on Hazelwood. Mr. Sherrard was always a pleasure to see and talk with - a wonderful man. I'm sorry for your loss.

I remember how loving and kind your father was as a young coed visiting in your home. I also remember how influential he was through Marsha in my early years of understanding my salvation. Mr. Sherrard was such a strong Christian example to everyone he met. What a legacy for a father to leave for his children!
