I met Ed at Wednesday's Restaurant in 1971 where we both worked to support our art. On the back wall was a white wooden lattice construction festooned with plastic flowers.

Our family has know Eddie for 40 years, he was best man at our wedding in 1980, helped us name our son Evan, and babysat him. He was adored by our daughter Emma and had years of laughter with my husband Steve. To me as a fellow artist, he was inspirational in body and spirit. We often would exchange recipes and ideas about the latest food trends. I loved him. He is dearly missed.

I feel lucky to have been able to call Rose my friend. She was absolutely lovely and will be missed.

I have known Eddie for 60 years (we met , both working at Brentano's bookstore on 47th and 5th) ..but, I moved away and didn't see Eddie for 55 of those years. We rekindled our friendship in 2018 with a lot of laughter and remet in 2019 (see photo taken at Cat's Cafe in NYC). So, Eddie was one of my oldest and newest friends. We had plans to create together in his studio when I returned to NY and had an appointment to begin the process for this past April. And then the covid got him. I...
