Not sure what to say?

Recently found a POW bracelet with his name on it and the date of 03/17/68. Would be happy to send bracelet if a family member is interested in it.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I was proud and honored to call Ned a friend. He was a true patriot and a hero in my eyes and I am better for having known him, even for just a few years. Ned, your smile and wit will be sorely missed! Fair winds and following seas my friend...

A great friend, patriot and sportsman. Having known Ned for many years as fellow Naval officers, fliers and sailboat racing competitors his passing is a tremendous loss to us.
Cdr. Len Eastman, USN Ret.

On behalf of Ducks Unlimited Maryland and the Annapolis chapter in particular, our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to Donna and Ned's extended family.
America has lost a true hero and patriot.

We are richer for having known Ned. A loyal Maison Centrale shipmate, USNA neighbor, mentor to my sons, competitive sailor and Naval Aviator. USNA was blessed to have him so close and involved. Fair winds and following seas.
