Because Ed was such a generous man, I was fortunate enough to spend the holidays with the Wallace family. Ed was a master of preparing holiday meals, and would begin early in the morning preparing choice foods from one of his favorite stops, the Butcher Boy in North Andover. Every holiday was special and will stay with me always.
