Not sure what to say?

Your great neice Sofia with the teddy bear you sent her. I will make sure she knows what a special person you were and how much you loved her.

My dearest sister Edie is missed so very, very much. Throughout our lives we were the closest of friends. Speaking with each other almost every day we shared the intimacies of life: families, careers, problems and solutions....Edie was always there for me. Edie was the "glue" that kept our entire extended family together. Thinking of Edie daily now helps to keep the connection for me. I was truly blessed with having such a wonderful sister, as was my wife and family for having had her in...

She made beautiful flowers look even more beauiful. Own two originals bought dirsctly from her at a WESTBURY CT. ART SHOW.A TREASURE LOST.

My dear Aunt Edythe was an incredibly special person. She was the life of the party, a friend to everyone, a talented creator, a peacemaker and a very courageous woman. I am so lucky to have had her in my life and to have learned so much from her. I hope I can be as wonderful an aunt to my nieces as she was to me. Uncle Buddy, Dad & Mom, her daughters, sons in law, grandchildren & greatgrandchildren - may we all honor her memory by keeping her spirit alive. We will all miss her so much.

I can only smile at the thought of Edythe Kane, and though many years have gone by, the fond memories are as alive in my mind as though it was but yesterday. Edythe is one of the angels whose very presence changes our lives forever.

It was an honor and a great pleasure to know Edythe. We are fortunate to have several of her paintings, and experiencing them throughout our home constantly reminds us of her wonderful talent and the joy of having known her. Truly missed, and never forgotten. God Bless.

Edythe was one of most giving people I've come across. She was kind, talented, helpful and giving. I remember a workshop she gave for 8 of us at my home one day, and at the end refused to take her fee. She said she enjoyed the day too much. That was Edythe and she will be missed by all. Her paintings on our walls will always remind us of her talents and goodness, and we will never forget.
She adored her husband Bud and was so proud of her family. Her
passing will be a great...

We are so saddened to learn of the loss of a lovely lady, Edythe. The world will have less color with her absence - but for those of us who witnessed her gift of the arts, we will always have the memories of her wonderful paintings to fill in the void. God Bless you, Edythe, as you enter heaven with no pain or discomfort. The good Lord must have needed someone very special when he called you. God Bless your family as they adjust to your absence here on earth .... you will be missed by so...
