My dear Aunt Edythe was an incredibly special person. She was the life of the party, a friend to everyone, a talented creator, a peacemaker and a very courageous woman. I am so lucky to have had her in my life and to have learned so much from her. I hope I can be as wonderful an aunt to my nieces as she was to me. Edythe was one of most giving people I've come across. She was kind, talented, helpful and giving. I remember a workshop she gave for 8 of us at my home one day, and at the end refused to take her fee. She said she enjoyed the day too much. That was Edythe and she will be missed by all. Her paintings on our walls will always remind us of her talents and goodness, and we will never forget.
