I remember this lady well. I also worked at the country club during the summers of 1959 and 1960. Effie was a beautiful person with a wonderful smile and personality. I enjoyed being around her, and our boss Wilton Evans, the club manager.

A loss,

Easter Sunday, the day she went home to the Lord, we (the choir) sang "Because He Lives," one of Effie's favorite hymns. The words were just right for Effie. Effie and I sang this as a duet when we were in the former church building across the street. Such sweet memories. She is a delightful lady. Love to all the family. Mary Helen
