My sincere condolences to the Snow family. Ms. Effie or "Nanny" was an amazing woman that touch MANY lives of the people that live down on that river. She was a bright spot in the world that endured many changes in the world all with wisdom and grace. She was a rock for her family and one hell of a woman! My prayers go out to her grandson Tony who was the light of her life, Her two sons Sammy and Mickey. God bless and watch over you boys.
