To the Nieves Family...my condolences on the loss of your loved one. Efrain, you may not remember me since I retired from the HOJ 8 years ago, but I remember working with you and I feel that you are one of the finest attorneys in the system. I am so sorry on the loss of your father. I'm sure the memories will live on in your heart.
