As the Dean of the U of O Business School in the early 1970s it was my pleasure and privilege to get to know both Ehrman and Nate as friends and supporters, along with their next generation, especially Dan.
While I left Eugene in the late 70s, my sons stayed there in business and it was a continuing pleasure to see Ehrman and members of his family on visits to Eugene.
What a family and what a man.
May he rest in a very well deserved peace.
