Eileen Devaney

I wish I knew Ms. Devaney was still local because I would have loved to have shared my nice memories with her. To this day myself and a few friends who had Ms. Devaney as our music teacher at Dana street school back in the late 70s early '80s. She was a wonderful teacher and I would love to send my sincere condolences to her family. God speed.

This wonderful woman was my music teacher at Heights Elementary in the 80's. She was the most devoted teacher and always there for anyone who needed her. She is the reason I love music today. So sorry to her family for the loss of a very special woman. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless all of you!

Mrs Devaney was my music teacher many years ago when she taught at the Heights elementary school. I did not realize she was at Holy Savior too, where I attended as a child. And, many years later, as I worked as a nurse at Mercy hospital in Wilkes Barre, our paths crossed again. I have a love of music, all music, because of her.
