Not sure what to say?

I called home last night to wish my parents a happy valentine's day. That is when I learned of Eileen's passing.

We used to live across the highway from the Weinhold's. Due to our age difference, we didn't grow up together, but Eileen babysat for my sister, my brother, and I.

Too young to die.

Prayers to the family!

Dave,

I've never met you and hadn't seen Eileen in many years. It's good to know she never lost her spark and zest for life. I met Eileen when we were 7th graders. She was bubbly even then. I was looking forward to seeing her at the school reunion this next year, but I guess I'll just have to wait on God's timing. May you feel His grace in the thoughts and prayers of others and may it comfort and sustain you. His blessings to you.

Eileen and Dave were my first customers at Scenic bar when I started over 4 years ago, and staples on Saturday afternoons. Her laughter and fun loving spirit will truly be missed here. Saturday afternoons will never be the same...
