So, so sorry for your loss. I worked many years at Hines with Eileen. She always had a smile and a solution for any problem presented to her. I retired in 2000 and was unaware of her passing. We have lost a good nurse and friend.

Eileen was the best friend anyone could have. I will treasure the conversations she and I shared on our way to and from work. Her kind heart, and true friendship will forever be missed. I know she is up in heaven watching all of us. My prayers and thoughts are with her family. Denise Kopjo

My deepest sympathy to your family. I worked with Eileen for many years at Hines VA Hospital. She was very kind to me and helped me learn about research when i was very new to it all. I remember her as being a very kind, generous, funny and loving person. She will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I worked with Eileen at Hines and she was very energetic, knowlegeable, and committed to the nursing profession. She was very generous and all the patients were lucky when she showed up at their bedside, you knew the patients would get the best care possible. She touched many people and left a legacy at Hines that will not be forgotten.
