Not sure what to say?

A great women. She treated me with dignity and respect during the short time I was in the family. I know that she is walking down the streets of Heaven with my mother Elise and my older brother Michael.

Thankful I knew Eileen through church and P.E.O., a wonderful lady!

Eileen was in my line dance class at Captsone. Eileen’s enthusiasm and bravery to dance and enjoy the class was contagious to all. It was impossible not to love her. So sad to hear this news.

I moved to Capstone Village just in time to help celebrate Eileen's 100th birthday and what a grand celebration it was. She was truly an inspiration, and I'm thankful to have known her if only for a short time.

Mari-Ann, please accept my deepest sympathies. Eileen was one of the most loved ladies I have known. She will be remembered for many years to come.

Ms. Mari-Ann and family - Please accept my deepest sympathies. Ms. Eileen was a truly gift to be around! I pray that her memories with continue be passed on to your family for years to come. My god comfort you during the days, weeks, and years ahead.

Eileen, was such a vivacious sweet lady. She will be missed.

I wish I could say I went to Washington school in Fayetteville and had Eileen for a teacher because many of my friends had the wonderful opportunity. We became friends when she was initiated into Chapter K, PEO. She made everyone feel special and amazed at her vivacious spirit! She lived a full and quality life, even at 100! I enjoyed her many letters after she moved to Tuscaloosa, just receiving one In April. She still wrote a beautiful note. I was blessed to know her.

Mrs Hendricks was my 6th grade teacher at Verner Elementary in the 70’s. She was my most beloved teacher at Verner and I will never forget her. She was kind and intelligent and a real role model for us all. Sending my thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time. She was loved by all. Patricia Guy
