Aunt Eileen always had a smile that lit up any room she was in. She easily conveyed a gentle sincerity that was warm and personable, friendly and kind. My aunt Eileen just made me glad to see her with her unassuming way of sharing the joy in her heart with everyone around her. As aunt Judy once told me, “She never knew a stranger, only friends she hadn’t met!” That was aunt Eileen; someone you could trust and lean on because her heart was good as gold.
