Not sure what to say?

I remember Miss Larkin from my days at the prep so many years ago. She was always so gracious and kind. We were always treated with dignity and respect and I will remember those days fondly. John Young "60

Miss Larkin was not only a lovely person, she was very perceptive as well. My mother and Miss Larkin were near contemporaries at Hamilton-Wenham High School, and when I went to the Prep for the entrance exam Miss Larkin greeted my mother at the door of the classroom. My mother said, "Can you tell which kid is mine?" and Miss Larkin pointed straight at me, saying "He looks like your brother." May she rest in peace and rise in glory. Chris Hansen '70, student, London, United Kingdom.

Miss Larkin was my refuge in a four year storm of teenaged insecurities. I still cherish my interactions with her even now. My condolences to Miss Larkin's family and to those who never got to know her during their time at SJP... Bob Loiselle, Class of 1960

I have fond memories of many conversations with Ms. Larkin during my student days at The Prep. May she rest in peace. R. David Porper '62

She was a friend and guidance counselor to all who knew her when we were boarding students. I've thought of her often through the years. She's probably working in the office "upstairs". God Bless her and her family--may she rest in peace....
Paul McManus--Class of 1955

Miss Larkin, as all of us Prep students knew her, was to us both the face and the voice of St. John's. She was the face because she was the person who greeted us whenever we were summoned to the office, and her kindness always made that less intimidating than we expected it to be. She was also the voice because for years she read the school announcements over the public address system, which we always looked forward to as a short break from our classes. She was one of a kind.

My condolences to the Larkin family. She was a great lady who I recall fondly from my years at SJP.
God bless her soul

My condolences to all of Eileen's family. I like everyone will miss her at the 4:30 mass.
