Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Dr. Eileen O'Connor's passing. She was one of my greatest mentors at SUNY Empire State and a wonderful, loving human being. You could see Jesus shine through all that she did and in her purpose here on earth. I am sending all my thanks to her loved ones for having had Eileen in my life and my prayers and support in your time of loss and grief. The Lord cover you and bless you. Irene

Darren, I just saw Eileen's obituary. I am heartbroken to have missed the funeral. She was a special person to me and our last visit (probably in 2018-or in 2019) having lunch together in Albany was so special. She was still working, as was I, and we gave each other mutual support and good wishes. I'm still working, which is my excuse for not checking the Mercy/CNR posts very often. My sincere condolences. If there are any memorial events planned, do contact me. Marti Roberge
