Priest, Eileen Kathryn Age 91, of St. Louis Park, MN. Born February 23, 1917, died February 21, 2009. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Robert Gaylord Priest. Survived by children, Carol Priest of Burnsville, Mary Jo Schupmann (Paul) of Plymouth, and Robert Priest (Carol) of Denver, CO; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends. Eileen was born in Williston, ND, and was a graduate of the College of St. Catherine. She resided for many years in South Minneapolis and was a longtime employee of J.B. Hudson Jewelers. A private Mass will be held Monday, February 23, on what would have been her 92nd birthday. Information regarding a memorial service for Eileen to be held in late April is forthcoming. So sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt Eileen.
On the visits we had she was always so nice to me and I found her to be very funny. I will always remember her laughter. My Heart is with all of you.

My family is sorry for your loss-- I met Mrs. Priest just five or six times, but each time had wonderful conversation with her. I will always remember her as a smart and kind woman, good role model, and a beautiful person.
