Celebrated Suzanne's Birthday and Eileen's birthday (in memory) Wonderful dinner with Liz, Suzanne, Jerry, Jennifer, Carol, Ray, Glenn, me. Suzanne picked Scotts in
Walnut Creek, remembering her mom went for luncheons with Friends. Miss Aunt Eileen. All the Holidays coming up will be hard.

Mrs. Pryor was my third grade teacher in 1958 at Chabot School in Castro Valley. She encouraged all her students to expand their talents beyond the curriculum. She urged me to enter a contest to design the school newsletter masthead and I won! She also made me practice my penmanship constantly. To this day, I receive compliments on my penmanship and a surprised, "Oh, you're left-handed!" Thank you, Mrs. Pryor, I will never forget you.

Aunt Eileen was funny, engaging, intelligent. She talked politics, religion and what going on in the world. Aunt Eileen was also the historian of family. We [Pryors & Rodgers}spent every summer at Camp Meeker. She loved her brother {Frank Rodgers} so it was fun to spend time with both families. We also were fortunate to get together for all the Holidays and Liz, Suzanne and I continue that tradition with our families. My Aunt and I had many lively conversations in person and on the...

Eileen blessed me by sharing her faith, and I know all who know Jesus as their Savior will one day get to meet this wonderful, sweet person and we will spend eternity together with our Savior.
