Not sure what to say?

I met Eileen through the Girl Scouts. She was an amazing Leader and supporter of all that is good in the world. She is one of those rare individuals that everyone agrees made the world a better place. We Girl Scout leaders and members in Asbury are truly grateful for her generous efforts on our behalf! Her life was truly a role model for all of us, young and older! Her daughters are truly blessed to have had such a magnificent woman shape their lives. I lit a candle at church for her...

Eileen was a positive and loving role model through Girls Scouts and tireless in her devotion to others. I was always in awe of her giving nature and ability to balance family and career. Her love for her family was apparent. Peace be with you Eileen and thanks for all that you did for all of us. You deserved more time. Her family is truly fortunate to have such a blessing on earth and now such a lovely angel in heaven.

I have been friends with Melissa for six years now and have spent a lot of time in their home. Mrs. Vitale was a wonderful lady, always thinking of her family and loved ones before herself. I know she loved Melissa and Susan very much. I even felt like she loved me. God rest her soul. I wish Melissa and Susan all of the strength and courage in the world. I hope they know that they are not alone and that the spirit of their mother will forever live on within them.

Very sad to hear of an ol' neighbor passing. I can remember like it was yesterday playing kick ball and hide n seek on Hudson St with Eileen. The laugh and smile she always had will never be forgotten.
Teddy, Karen, Helen, Peter & family, may God's strength carry you through this difficult time.
God Bless

We are all so sorry for your loss. I grew up with Eileen, and, through my older sister who is also a nurse, have kept tabs on her throughout the years. She was always a sweet, loving, funny person, and will be sadly missed. Our condolences to you and her entire family. Anita Napolitano Petardi & Family
