I never met my great uncle Einer, but learned about him through my cousin Gary Larsen, and through my efforts of researching my family history. I am the daughter of Richard W. Larsen. Grand-daughter of Wallace Larsen, and Great Grand-daughter of Victor Larsen...Einer's brother. My parents Robert and Anne Orr were members of Bethania before they moved to Bruce, Wisconsin. Mrs. Larsen and my mother were friends,and came to greet us when we came into the backery. We were long time customers of Larsen Bakery and my fondest memories were the blue Danish Plates up on the wall. I went to school with Ove and also talked to Birgit many times. What a lovely family.
