To family of Mr. Marroquin. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your loved one during this very difficult time in your life. Words can't express the sadness, hurt, pain that you're feeling. But may our Heavenly Father give you peace and comfort. Very encouraging are the words found at Psalm 147:3- He is healing the brokenhearted one's.

Celebrating a life well lived of a good neighbor and friend from 1976 on. We have many fond memories of our days in Footsite Villiage. Fran, may you and your family find solace in the fact that Desi is in a better place. May God be with you all and comfort you in your time of sorrow.

Desi and Fran are great people. Desi sponsored several softball teams over the years in the Oscoda and Tawas area which had several members from Wurtsmith Air Force on his team. We had many good times with him at the Softball games and also at the Taco Lounge. He always treated everyone with the greatest respect. Our fellow Air Force Veteran...

In deepest sympathy to each of you at this sad time. Desi was a remarkable man, a wonderful father and a true hero of our times. We are so sad to hear of this news and will keep each of you close in thought and prayer at this sad time. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. In Sympathy and friendship.

I have many fond memories of Desi, but two special ones come back to me at this time. In the mid 70's I was deer hunting in the area and we had a huge snow storm that closed down all the roads. I walked in from the Old Orchard Park area for Thanksgiving dinner at Desi's, in Footsite. I was his only customer for most of the day. We watched the Lion's and ate turkey with all the trimmings. It was a great meal! It was just Desi and myself that afternoon...when I got ready to leave I asked...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
