Elaine Anne Abel

One of the warmest, caring and devoted people I´ve ever known. Heaven is a better because she´s there!

I fondly remember dear Elaine. She was very kind to me when I worked at St Paul the Apostle, Grand Rapids,1985/1986. May the brightest light shine on her gentle soul. Róisín White. Ireland.

My mother, Louise Hickey, was one of “The Girls”. Elaine was her longest friend, and she will be greatly missed by Louise and her daughters. We are sorry we can not get together with Elaine’s family and friends to share all our special memories due to the pandemic, but be assured that Elaine and her family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers.

We always had a great time with Elaine who we met through Father McGee. A beautiful lady who always looked on the bright side of things. We will miss her. God bless her family.

We were neighbors in the cul de sac in Grandville where the kids played and we chatted.
Elaine was a wonderful friend and mom to her brood and I'm sorry we didn't stay in touch

Elaine and I had many happy and some sad times together in the 70’s and early 80’s. We were friends, coworkers and neighbors, also. Lost contact! But I’ll always remember her great positive attitude and love for family. She was truly beautiful inside and outside. I was blessed to have known her as friend! Remember the good times. She’s with her Lord! May God’s peace be on you all, love, Bonnie.
