I was so saddened to hear that Evie had passed. Her warm and vivacious spirit will always be remembered by me. I also know that the members of the Fort Bend Writers' Guild will all feel the loss of one of our brightest literary lights. May God forever bless and keep you all during this time of sorrow!

Oh, dear Bill, I am so sorry. Our world is a little darker place without the light of Evie shining. I didn't know she was having any problems. I have not been attending Writers Guild because my daughter is having triplets, and I am in The Woodlands half of every week helping her. She is having two boys and one little girl--my first granddaughter--I know she is God's "Evie" replacement. I hope I can teach her to be as good a story teller as Evie. God Bless you, Love, LYNNE

Bill, my prayers are with you. It wasn't that long ago we saw each other in the HEB. I will always remember your and Evie's kind words about my book. I pray that hers will eventually get published.
Please take care.
