Not sure what to say?

I only recently learned of Elaine's passing as I have not been around the same circles the past few years. Elaine spent so much energy dedicated to improving and helping out the community. I always enjoyed working with her on projects and she always had a sharp mind, quick wit and a smile to offer.

My Dear family, I was thinking of my 1st cousin Elaine. I wanted to call her and say hi. This is what I found. Iam, so sorry. At least we know she lead a fulfilling, happy life, and helped many! I'am proud to have called her my friend and family. God Bless and love You, Peg Vande Hey/Haney

I have known Elaine for 47 years. She has always had a smile on her face and a big open heart. She is one of the most positive people I have ever had the fortune of meeting. Mrs. Capelle as she is known to me will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family may God bless you all. Rest in peace Mrs.capelle

I worked with Elaine at UWGB in the mid-eighties while I went to school there. She was always such a positive person. I have thought of her often over the years, the most recent being 5 minutes before I saw her obituary notice in the paper. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She really had a positive impact on my life.

Elaine was one of the most loving, kind, thoughtful and caring people I have had the honor of touching my life. May God be with you all!
LOVE, Jane, Keith, Elizabeth and Seth Prue
