Elaine was an important member of the Mercer Island Arboretum Unit 24. She opened her house for our meetings many times. And she served as an officer of the group from time to time. She always had wonderful ideas for field trips by our group. Thank you, Elaine. We miss you.

She was my wonderful sunday school teacher growing up on mercer island and going to emmanuel episcopal church was one of the highlights of our week with many great memories. There are things to this day I will remember about the lessons she taught from the bible that were brought home to me in a very personal way. My website is markberryart.com
