How wonderful are Sidney friendships! Especially from our growing up years. "Make new friends, but keep the old... One is silver and the other gold!" My sincere sympathies, Sandy Siehl

I remember looking forward to my best friend's mom, Mrs. Dickman, coming to my class as the "Art Lady" in elementary. She also helped with my Girl Scout troop. Above all, she put up with all of the silly shenanigans Julie and I got into growing up. I am so sorry for your loss Julie.

Elaine and I were friends from junior high school, Sidney, Ohio thru Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. We kept in touch after graduation. Her children and my daughter knew each other as they attended Ohio University also. Elaine was a faithful `Bobcat´. I will miss her Christmas cards describing their many travels. My condolences to Dick, Jeff and Jule.

How sad I am to hear of Elaine's passing. She and Tom were good AF friends of past years. I remember her beautifully presented dishes and tables, her laughter and her positivism. My sincere sympathy to Tom and her family. You were so blessed. Darlene Duchene
