Elaine Carr Dixon, 91, of Catonsville, died Thursday, July 19, 2012.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown. Interment will be held at a later date in Lake View Memorial Park.
