Not sure what to say?

As a former teacher and student at MHS, I would like to express my sympathy in the passing of your mother.

Lainey will always be a treasure to me, since I am the oldest cousin. Uncle Freddie and Aunt Helen were a joy to visit - such a happy household! They would invite the whole family every summer for a full day at Malden - then Uncle Freddie would drive us all back to Jamaica Plain - A treasured memory for me! Along with the Needham gatherings. Thank you all for the kind words…. Much appreciated. Debbie I think we should have a family reunion this summer. Bocci would be a requirement… I have great memories of being in Needham and much of how I feel about family was shaped at that house. Hope all is well… Thank you all...

Condolences to the Brendan and Elaine Duffy Family at this saddest of times. God bless your parents, they were amazing.

To the Duffy family: So very sorry to learn of the passing of Elaine. I met her many years ago while commuting from Malden to Boston for work. She was such a beautiful person who will be missed by all.

To the family of ElaineDuffy: Deepest sympathy on Elaine's passing. I was part of a group of five that went to the Boston Symphony with Elaine. She had such an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor. It was always a pleasure to be in her company. She certainly will be deeply missed by many. Elaine and her family will be in my prayers.

Dear Marko and Kevin,
I have wonderful childhood memories of your mom. She was a special woman, with a great smile who always kept me laughing. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.

As a former student of your dad, Marko, back in 1967-69, hardly a day went by when Mr. Duffy did not mention you or your Mom in such a loving way. So sorry for your loss, and my prayers are with you all. Memories are forever. Phyllis Mambuca Landwehr, MHS '69.
