Not sure what to say?

with continuing gratitude for Elaine's generosity...now in the form of a lymphedema water aerobics class at Team Survivor. Elaine, you advised me, helped me so much. One of those first Wednesday hikes I was on, you celebrated a birthday (65?) with cupcakes at the Billy Frank Jr Nisqually NWR. Thank you, Elaine

Elaine was a most cherished neighbor and "Gardening Buddy" whom I miss greatly. I have to say that when I go over the Hill to chat with Dan, her wonderful other half and see the brilliance of the Garden that she had such a hand in creating I feel as though she is still very much with us! Some of my best neighborhood memories were with Elain and the magnificent multi-colored garden!

Elaine Golden! And she was GOLDEN to so many people. I am one of the puzzle pals- lucky me! What Elaine and I had most in common was our love of nature and hiking. We talked about wildlife and wild places and I loved the walks around her own handmade backyard nature trail. Elaine's "wild woods" I called it full of flowers, bees, birds and fruit. Elaine took many people on her hikes to ground them with nature and bring them joy, leaving cancer behind. She is with me often when I hike solo- and...

Elaine with Puzzle Pals Cathy Sommerfeld, Dawn Garcia and Lynn Williamson.

Elaine named us her Puzzle Pals - Cathy Sommerfeld, Dawn Garcia and me. Long story short, during her treatment for breast cancer we brought over a zebra herd puzzle to work on with her. We ended up doing only the outside and left her to finish the hard part with her friend Barb! So I guess we were not really pals but Elaine found it funny so there you go - we were known as the Puzzle Pals from that day forward! Later on, Elaine held cooking classes for her Puzzle Pals where we were...

Elaine was my sister in law. We had become great friends over the years because she had an enthusiasm for life like nobody else I knew. She eeked everything she could out of every, single day and was the epitome of someone who lived life to it's fullest. She left a great hole and will forever be greatly missed.

My heartfelt condolences to Daniel for the loss of his dear Elaine.

My sincerest condolences to Elaine's husband, and to Larry Eigeman, and to Elaine's dear friend, Dr. Karen Fahey, M. D. Elaine was so clearly a beautiful person who enjoyed a good life. Judy Raunig-Graham

Elaine was my unofficial mentor when I began my Real Estate career and she helped me sooooooooo much. (She taught me the lean-in before it was popular!) Elaine lived life doing the right thing and was tenacious in every way. I'd lost track of her post Elaine and Daniel's retirement but I see she was still advocating. What a remarkable life of giving and she'll be missed forever. What a cool and wonderful woman!

Elaine leaves a legacy of inspiration for all who knew her.
